- We give 3 months warranty on every repair excluding liquid / water damage and physical damage
- Every warranty handset is security sealed. Tampering with the security seal will void the warranty
- LCD / SCREEN warranty. We fit original screens only and they are security labeled
- Every handset is tested for 24 hours and comes with engineers report
Unlocking
- Unlocking is a process allowing mobile phone working on one network to accept SIM cards from different networks
- Unlocking does not remove network brandings like logos, SMS, MMS, internet settings
- Unlocking does not erase user data numbers, pictures , SMS etc. unless stated in the unlocking description
- We unlock only phones working on the original network
- Unlocking does not reset user lock code. Does not know user / lock code, please refer to 'Lock code reset'
- My phone is unlocked but asking for 'Pin Code' - 'Pin code' is a individual SIM card protection and is given with SIM card registration
- I want to unlock my phone and use it with '3' SIM card. It is possible only if the handset is UMTS. Please refer the handset technical description
Barred / Blocked Phones
- If handset is not working on the original network it can be reported lost or stolen. We do not repair or unlock blocked phones
- Have second hand handset. How to check if it is legit?
- Contact to the original network
- Use www.imeicheck.co.uk and for 9.99 fee can receive info regarding you handset
- Contact the original handset owner and request proof of purchase
- Barred phones do not work on any network
Debranding
- Debranding is process of software upgrade of the handset with original software from the manufacturer
- We can add languages to Nokia, Motorola, Sony Ericsson and Samsung handsets. It is part of the debranding process
- Debranding does not 'Unlock' the handset and does not 'Reset Lock Code'
- After debranding the handset you will need to set manually MMS, Internet settings etc. for a specific network
Software Fault
- Phone freezing on boot logo. Common problem with Nokia Simbian phones
- Screen is flickering and handset going off. Common problem with Sony Ericsson K310i, K510i, K608i, K750i, K800i, W300i, W800i, W810i, W850i etc.
- Red light is flickering when switching on. Common fault with Sony Ericsson K800i, W850i etc.
- Freezing on main screen. Common fault with LG 8120, 8130, 8330 etc.
- Can my data be saved if my handset has software fault - No. All user data will be erased when software upgrade the handset
- Easy way to avoid data loose disaster - regular backup on SIM card, PC or memory card
- Some networks like Orange support server backup for their customers data
Water/Liquid damaged phones
- How do I find if my handset is liquid/water damaged? There is humidity sensitive indicators on most of the handset and handset batteries. They change their color from 'white' to 'pink 'or even 'red' depending on the damage
- How do I treat my water damaged handset? Keep battery away, do not try to switch on and charge. Do not connect to charger
- Water damage is progressive and it is possible water damaged handset to work today and to completely switch off tomorrow.
- We treat water damaged phones and we guarantee them for 7 working days
- When sending water damaged phone for repair make sure battery is send separately from the handset in the same envelope
- There is minimum charge of £5 if water / liquid damage handset cannot be fixed
Postage
- We return all phones with Royal Mail Special Delivery insured up to £250
- When post phones for water damage or not charging problem, please make sure battery is supplied separately with the handset
- If you post handset normal post it cannot be tracked on the way to us
- Recorded Delivery is useful for cheap handsets and is insured up to £32
- Recorded Delivery can be tracked only after receiving it
- How do I post my phone - In jiffy bag with note of the return address and contact number
- Please make sure no SIM cards and memory cards are posted to us with the handset
Payment
- We accept cheques Payable to SPS Mobile Ltd. For amount bigger than 25 GBP, please allow 3-4 working days for the payment to clear
- We accept Postal Orders

- We accept Credit or Debit card payment trough PayPal only
- We accept PayPal payments
